What we clean — and how often.

Every home is quoted individually. We bring eco-friendly, non-toxic supplies. The menus below are the starting point so you know what “clean” means here.

Most booked

Recurring clean

Weekly, every other week, or monthly. Best once the home has had a thorough first visit.

Typically includes

  • Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, and appliance exteriors
  • Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, mirrors
  • Dusting of reachable surfaces, furniture, and décor
  • Beds made (linens changed if left out)
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Trash emptied

First visit

Deep clean

The reset. We recommend this before starting a recurring plan, or after a busy season.

Adds on top of a standard clean

  • Baseboards, door frames, and light switches
  • Interior windows and sills (reachable)
  • Cabinet fronts and more detailed kitchen work
  • Buildup in bathrooms that a maintenance clean will not fully clear
  • Optional oven, fridge, or interior-cabinet add-ons

Transitions

Move-in / move-out

Vacant homes only work if they are actually empty. We clean kitchens, baths, floors, closets, and the spots landlords and buyers notice first.

Send the listing size, whether appliances stay, and your key-handoff date.

We do not offer hoarding jobs, biohazard, or exterior pressure washing.

Quotes, not guesswork.

Lompoc homes vary too much for a honest one-price menu. We price from beds/baths, square footage, condition, pets, and how often you want us back.

Lower per visit

The more often we come, the less time each visit takes — and the rate reflects that.

One-time / deep

Priced to the work

First visits and neglected homes take longer. We would rather quote high enough to do it well.

What we need from you

Beds, baths, pets, and photos if the home is very lived-in. Green, non-toxic products are already the default.
